Our wine cellar has a very marked influence from Vilaflor, one of the main wine producing areas in the Canaries. This is a zone belonging to the Abona region, with the best characteristics for good development of the crop. Almost half of the grapes which enter the wine cellar are certified as ecologically grown, thanks precisely to the optimal environmental conditions.

Additionally, we have a considerable amount of grapes associated with other crops such as potatoes, fruit, or certain vegetables.

The main varieties are whites, with a clear predominance of the Canary Island Listán Blanco. Other varieties are also used, as shown in the following list.
