LaCasmi has its own potato cutting and peeling facility. These installations are located in La Orotava, specifically in Benijos, in a part of the island where a considerable number of producers are found.

The main aim of this facility is to permit full use of all the raw materials, optimizing the performance of the production line. Various cuts are made according to the client’s needs: slices, dices, thin slices, whole…

As well as peeling potatoes, onions are also peeled. Both products are destined mainly for hotels, for processing and ease of cooking.
