The San Miguel Cooperative, from its first steps as a group of farmers, started with a great tradition of potato growing. From the 1950s decade to the present, it has been one of the leading cooperatives of this crop.

At present, it includes growers from both the southern as well as the northern slopes of the island of Tenerife. In the south, growing areas are located in the municipalities of San Miguel, Granadilla, Arona or Vilaflor, at elevations from almost sea-level to over 1,500 metres above sea-level. In the north, farmland is spread over the municipalities of La Orotava, Los Realejos, El Sauzal, San Juan de la Rambla, or Buenavista.

The packaging facility is certified by the Global G.A.P (Good Agricultural Practices) quality norm, and, furthermore, most of our crops are also approved by the same norm.
